Description We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to shape and elevate the market presence of a growing financial services firm in Seattle, Washington. This role will guide brand positioning, build targeted demand generation programs, and develop go-to-market plans that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial insight, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead high-impact B2B marketing initiatives. Role: Head of Marketing Role type: Direct hire Location: Seattle, WA | 80% Onsite Start Date: Targeting early July Responsibilities: + Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand recognition and supports revenue goals across the business. + Define and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and target audiences. + Create and optimize multi-step nurture campaigns that engage prospects and move them effectively through the sales funnel. + Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent, credible presence across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. + Direct digital marketing initiatives, using performance data and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. + Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives and pipeline development. + Establish key performance indicators and use analytics tools to measure results and inform decision-making. + Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing function, fostering strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
