Position Overview:

As Director of Marketing, you will own and leadLeadline’sbrand strategy, demand generation engine, and strategic partnership ecosystem. This is a highly visible, enterprise-critical role reporting directly to senior leadership, with full accountability for pipeline creation and market positioning. You willoperateas both a strategic architect and a hands-on operator, defining the go-to-market vision while ensuring disciplined execution across all channels. This role requires a leader who can translate businessobjectivesinto scalable marketing strategies and then mobilize resources to deliver measurable results.

The Director of Marketing will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, with the mandate and support to expand its capabilities as the organization grows. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, brings a data-driven and experimental mindset, and has a proventrack recordof building marketing programs that generate meaningful B2B pipeline and revenue impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers

  • Build scalable, repeatable programs that drive qualified leads and measurable revenue contribution

  • Own marketing KPIs, including MQLs, pipeline influence, and CAC

Branding& Content

  • EvolveLeadline'sbrand voice, positioning, and visual identity as the marketing environment changes

  • Oversee content strategy across owned channelsincludingwebsite, thought leadership, socialplatforms, emails, and events

  • PositionLeadlineas a go-to authority on AI-driven marketing

Partnerships & Channels

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that expandLeadline'sreach and credibility

  • Build co-marketing programs with technology partners, associations, and complementary service providers

  • Explore and develop new distribution channels that accelerate growth

OrganizationalLeadership

  • Lead and mentor asmall team ofmarketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, client services, and leadership to align marketing withbroaderbusiness goals

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role

  • Proventrack recordof building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline

  • Experience marketing services, technology, or solutions to mid-market or enterprise buyers

  • Fluent in modernmartech— you know how to evaluate, adopt, and get results from AI and automation tools

  • Strong writer and communicator who can craft a compelling narrative for multiple audiences

  • Builder mindset with hands-on experience recruiting, developing, andretainingtop sales talent

  • Agency or professional services background is a strong plus

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
