Responsibilities:
Brand Management-
Digital Marketing-
Community Outreach-
Content Creation-
Advertising and Promotions-
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
Leadership and Collaboration-
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Work closely with the admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
