Chick-fil-A Lumberton is seeking a Director of Marketing & Employee Engagement who will greatly impact our team, our guests, and our community. This leader will be responsible for creating meaningful connections, growing the Chick-fil-A brand, and cultivating a culture where people feel known, cared for, and valued.
The overall goal of this role is to maximize both the team member experience and the guest experience while creating strategies that grow sales and strengthen our organization. This Director will oversee the execution of all strategies related to marketing, community relationships, sales growth, and employee engagement.
This leader will work closely with the Operator and Director Team to ensure our vision and core values remain the foundation on which we grow the business. A successful Director of Marketing & Employee Engagement will lead with humility, take initiative, build strong relationships, and have a passion for serving others.
