Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley is looking for a creative, relationship-driven, and mission-focused leader to join our team as our Director of Marketing & Advancement. 
In this role, you’ll lead the organization’s fundraising and marketing efforts while helping grow awareness, strengthen donor and sponsor relationships, and elevate Habitat LV’s presence throughout the community. From managing signature fundraising events to overseeing social media, website content, branding, and communications, this position plays a critical role in advancing our mission of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead fundraising, donor engagement, sponsorship, and advancement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, community partners, and corporate sponsors.
  • Plan and execute major fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Oversee organizational marketing, branding, social media, and website updates.
  • Create engaging communications and promotional materials.
  • Represent Habitat LV at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and visibility initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, donor relations, event planning, or community engagement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
  • Familiarity with donor databases, fundraising platforms, social media, website management, and marketing tools.
  • Passion for community impact and mission-driven work.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to attend and participate in off-site events, including outdoor environments and under varying conditions.
  • Must occasionally be able to navigate uneven surfaces and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Lehigh Valley region.
