  • Drive operational and financial performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategic action plans.

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to ensure practices achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

  • Build trust and credibility with Office Managers, providers, and support teams while promoting collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all locations.

  • Champion an exceptional patient experience by balancing operational efficiency with Sage Dental's commitment to patient-centered care.

  • Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership growth within the market.

  • Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve performance, and support market expansion.

  • Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support, coaching, and operational guidance.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience, preferably within dental, healthcare, retail healthcare, or other service-based organizations.

  • Demonstrated success leading managers across multiple locations and driving measurable operational and financial results.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, budgeting, and performance analytics.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

  • Experience with dental practice management software; Dentrix experience strongly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned market.

  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as business needs dictate.
