Compensation
The compensation target for this role is: $161,500 - $190,000
Job Summary
Directly accountable to lead the manufacturing organization to a level of
performance identifiable with World Class organizations, utilizing lean
production and continual improvement techniques. Directs all Purple
manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering activities to ensure
maximum effectiveness is obtained for the production of quality products
within specified time and budgetary guidelines. Works with Corporate
Engineering, Innovations, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand, and
Sales/Marketing to coordinate the production process for product
changes and the introduction of new products.
