Description

This Senior Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for:
  • Leading multi-site manufacturing operations and scaling capacity
  • Driving Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establishing KPIs and managing performance across OEE, yield, and throughput
  • Building and enforcing standardized operating models across facilities
  • Overseeing production, planning, maintenance, and shop floor execution
  • Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance
  • Implementing and optimizing ERP systems (Epicor)
  • Strengthening process controls and statistical process control (SPC) systems
  • Owning operational financial performance including cost and capital planning
  • Developing leadership teams and building succession pipelines
  • Supporting expansion, new facility ramp-up, and capacity growth
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and regulatory standard

Profile

A Successful Senior Director of Manufacturing will have:

  • 10+ years manufacturing experience, senior leadership required
  • Proven multi-site operations leadership
  • Strong Lean / Six Sigma transformation experience
  • Background in complex, high-precision manufacturing
  • Experience with SPC and process control systems
  • ERP/MRP system expertise (Epicor preferred)
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Six Sigma preferred
