Director of Maintenance - Skilled Nursing

Full-Time | $65,000-$70,000 per year

Skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee daily facility operations and building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations
• Coordinate repairs and prioritize maintenance needs
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure building systems and equipment are functioning properly
• Supervise maintenance staff and departmental responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, State, and Federal regulations
• Support a safe and welcoming environment throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required
• Strong building maintenance and repair experience required
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality service
