Hamilton Grove is seeking a hands-on Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance and grounds operations at Hamilton Grove. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
What You’ll Do
- Lead maintenance, grounds, and laundry team members
- Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance needs
- Coordinate lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and grounds upkeep
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
- Work with contractors and vendors as needed
- Support budgeting, inspections, and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with building systems, power tools, and grounds equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
