Director of Logistics

• Oversee operations of the Materials Warehouse in Boise, ID and the Distribution Centers in Boise, ID and Conroe, TX. This will require frequent travel to Conroe, TX.
• Manage contracts and relationships with all incoming and outgoing freight and parcel carriers.
• Responsible for all inventory control, including but not limited to cycle counts, site transfers, etc.
• Help ensure the current efficient operation and future planning of all departments within the Director of Logistics' jurisdiction.
• Experience must include in depth knowledge of business PC, ideally with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Dynamics GP and Salespad.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Logistics related field is preferred. Further preference given for Logistics Management/leadership experience.
• Inter-office communication skills and general administrative duties are necessary. Experience in maintaining proper and accurate records and files including data entry, updating files and records as required.
• Must have a high level of organizational skills and be able to work under pressure within time constraints. Must be self-motivated and able to follow directives precisely.
