Director of Business Valuation & Litigation Support

An established accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Director to lead complex business valuation and litigation support engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, business owners, and leadership teams while guiding a growing team of professionals.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead business valuation and litigation support engagements
  • Analyze financial data and prepare valuation analyses, damage calculations, and expert reports
  • Support matters involving commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, forensic investigations, economic damages, and M&A
  • Provide insight to clients and attorneys throughout the lifecycle of an engagement
  • Serve as an expert witness, including testimony
  • Mentor team members and oversee engagement execution
  • Build relationships with clients and referral sources to support practice growth


What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • CPA, ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CFE, or CFF
  • 10+ years of valuation, litigation support, or forensic accounting experience
  • Prior leadership experience managing teams and engagements
  • Expert witness testimony experience required
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
