Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
  • Degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline preferred
  • Hospital or reference laboratory experience required
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment required
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure environment required
  • Master's degree in a scientific discipline or MBA preferred
  • Previous Director-level laboratory leadership experience preferred
