The opportunityDelaware North is seeking a Director of Labor Relations to join our team in Buffalo, New York (remote considered due to travel). In this role, you will shape and execute labor relations strategy in alignment with corporate and HR objectives while serving as chief negotiator for collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and arbitration.Due to the travel required for this position, we are open to candidates on a remote basis.PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132,100 - $178,400 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
