Bath & Bronze is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee and grow our kitchen and bath division. This role will lead showroom retail sales, builder programs, and the future expansion of contractor counter sales. The Director of Kitchen & Bath Sales will manage showroom leadership, develop builder relationships, drive sales performance, and help build scalable systems as the company expands.
Responsibilities include overseeing showroom sales operations, growing builder partnerships, coaching the sales team, protecting gross margins, and developing contractor sales programs. The ideal candidate has experience in kitchen and bath, plumbing supply, building materials, or a related industry and has successfully led sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
This is a leadership role with significant opportunity to shape the growth of a rapidly expanding division.
The Role
You will lead all kitchen and bath sales channels, including showroom retail sales, builder programs, and contractor counter sales. You will drive revenue growth, protect gross margin, and implement disciplined sales processes that create consistent, scalable performance.
You will oversee showroom leadership, develop builder relationships, support the launch of contractor counter sales, and build a unified sales organization with clear expectations and accountability.
You will be responsible for results with minimal oversight.
What You Will Own:
- Revenue growth across showroom, builder, and contractor channels
- Gross margin performance and pricing discipline
- Builder program development and trade account expansion
- Contractor counter sales launch and early-stage growth
- CRM pipeline tracking and sales conversion performance
- Inventory aging control and purchasing discipline
- Sales team performance, coaching, and accountability
- Division-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
Who You Are:
- A proven sales leader with experience driving revenue across multiple channels
- Confident managing KPIs, enforcing accountability, and protecting margin
- Financially disciplined and comfortable reviewing performance reports
- Experienced in kitchen & bath, plumbing supply, building materials, or related industries
- Strong relationship builder with builders, contractors, designers, and high-end clients
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to lead from the front
- Capable of building systems and processes that scale with growth
Experience We Value:
- 5+ years of sales leadership or showroom leadership experience
- Experience with builder programs, contractor sales, or multi-channel sales environments
- Demonstrated success managing revenue and margin targets
- Experience improving sales conversion or reducing aged inventory
- Familiarity with decorative plumbing, hardware, lighting, or related categories preferred
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with measurable expectations
