  • Build trusted relationships with executives, administrators, directors of nursing, and corporate leadership.
  • Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns while driving timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy services within existing customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership teams to support organic growth initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance metrics.
  • Partner with facility leadership to improve medication management, pharmacy utilization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support acquisition and transition activities for newly awarded accounts.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade associations, and customer events.
  • Schedule and attend client appreciation events, including sporting events, outings, and other relationship-building activities.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of healthcare account management, sales, business development, or customer relationship experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience serving long-term care, post-acute care, senior living, or pharmacy customers.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multi-site healthcare accounts.
  • Strong understanding of long-term care pharmacy operations and service delivery.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders and corporate leadership teams.
  • Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and business analytics tools.

Travel Requirements
  • Extensive travel required throughout Texas.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including frequent overnight travel.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to attend customer meetings, facility visits, industry conferences, and corporate events as needed.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate customer and business needs.
