We are seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead and support our corporate IT environment. This role will oversee internal IT infrastructure, service desk operations, cloud systems, networking, vendors, and related technology initiatives.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on IT leader who enjoys building scalable systems, supporting business growth, and leading a team in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead corporate IT operations, including infrastructure, service desk, cloud systems, networking, and internal technology support
  • Partner with the CIO and business leaders to align IT priorities with company goals
  • Manage and develop a small IT team while fostering accountability, ownership, and strong service delivery
  • Oversee IT vendors, contracts, licensing, and technology partners
  • Support security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational reliability
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, scalability, and user experience
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and project priorities

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of IT operations, infrastructure, or corporate technology teams
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, and IT operations
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects, and technology initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech, payments, gaming, or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise environments, Azure, Palo Alto firewalls, Cloudflare, F5 load balancers, Jira, or Wireshark
  • Experience supporting secure, highly available technology environments
  • Relevant certifications in cloud, networking, infrastructure, security, or IT service management
