The Director of IT Colibrium Additive is a key member of both the Colibrium Additive leadership team and the Digital Technology (DT) leadership team for GE Propulsion & Additive Technologies (P&AT) within GE Aerospace. This role is responsible for defining and executing the IT and digital technology strategy for Colibrium Additive, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems, optimizing digital processes, strengthening cyber security, and enabling business growth through technology. The Director will lead a global IT team, partner closely with business and functional leaders, and ensure that technology investments are aligned to business outcomes, customer value, and GE Aerospace's priorities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This role reports functionally to the CIO P&AT operationally to the CEO of Colibrium Additive.

Change leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through change and digital transformation, including adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Manufacturing / industrial familiarity (preferred): Experience in Aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, or high-technology environments, ideally with exposure to additive manufacturing or advanced engineering.
Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
The base pay range for this position is $152,000 - $200,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 27th, 2026.
