Supervision Exercised: Supervision is exercised over Research Analyst and Research Associate positions
Job Summary
Direct institutional research functions, providing the College community with accurate and timely data to support planning, decision making, and overall institutional effectiveness. Use qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods techniques to meaningfully analyze data. Develop reports that are clear and audience specific. Oversee compliance reporting, research studies, and data requests. Disseminate data through multiple media to increase access and use.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Degree must be in a relevant field requiring applied research (e.g., psychology or business) or data management (e.g., data science).
A minimum of 5 years practical experience in institutional research or another applied research.
A minimum of 5 years practical experience in supervision or project management.
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
Experience with relational databases, ERPs, and Microsoft Office required.
Demonstrated experience in data mining, analysis, and visualization.
Ability to effectively interact with faculty, staff, students, and community members.
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, particularly in relation to presentation of data.
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects.
