Job Summary
The Director of Information and Technology is responsible for performing executive management level work in information and technology services. The person in this position is responsible for leading, directing, managing, and supervising the administration and operations of Gorman Learning Charter Network's Information Technology department. Assist students, teachers, and other staff in the use of computers, tablets and mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, software, and related peripherals devices. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. Plans, prepares, implements, and administers departmental budgets; monitors and ensures adherence to established operating and expenditure parameters. In alignment with our talent development, qualified internal candidates will be given priority consideration for this position before external applicants.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor''s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Programming, Computer Science, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. • Three (3) years of people management experience • Two (2) years of program management experience • An equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience • Letter of Introduction (1) • Resume (1) • Letters of Recommendation (3) (letters must be dated within the last two years) Please note: All required documents must be submitted at the time of application.
