Salary Range $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year
POSITION PURPOSE The Director of Industrial Services is responsible for leading the organization's ISO-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) while driving the strategic growth of industrial and contracted service lines that employ individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This role ensures that quality, compliance, and business development are fully integrated—embedding standardized processes, performance accountability, and risk management into all industrial operations and external contracts.
The Director serves as a senior leader and subject-matter expert, supporting audit readiness, contract development, and the expansion of mission-aligned industrial services across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, packaging, fulfillment, and related outsourced operations. Through cross-functional collaboration, this role balances operational excellence with revenue growth and workforce inclusion. The position is a member of the Contracts Team.
1. Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures. Must possess professional etiquette.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Years of experience can be substituted for education. 7–10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, ISO compliance, contract development, and/or business development.
