We have a new opportunity for a full-time Director of Independent Living! This position offers a competitive salary of $80k-$90k with robust benefits and paid time off!

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: BS/BA required, health related or aging concentration preferred. Masters in a Health related field preferred.

Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with ability to multi-task

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in related field.

General Responsibilities

The primary function of this position is to manage the daily operations of the Independent Living Community, focusing on resident relations, services and policy development to assure resident satisfaction and quality of care and services. The ILU Director is responsible for assisting the VP/Executive Director in the overall operations of the Independent Living Community in accordance with the mission and strategic plan of LSMNJ.
