About the Role
The Incident Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing incident management processes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timelines. This role focuses on analyzing incident data, managing reporting processes, and coordinating staff training initiatives to ensure adherence to standards. The position also leads training team coordination and content oversight while supporting organizational compliance with ODP regulations. Typical working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
· Oversee incident management processes, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and within required timeframes
· Analyze incident data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to incident management
· Monitor and review incident reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence
· Coordinate and oversee staff training programs to ensure compliance with required standards
· Assess training needs and ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely instruction
· Lead and coordinate the training team, including scheduling and delivery of training sessions
· Oversee development and maintenance of training content and materials
· Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and organizational requirements
· Maintain working knowledge of ODP regulations and apply them to daily operations
· Collaborate with leadership to improve incident management systems and processes
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, compliance, and staff development
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities; OR
· Associate degree or 60 credit hours and four (4) years of relevant experience
· Experience with incident management, reporting, and compliance processes
· Knowledge of training coordination and staff development practices
· Familiarity with ODP regulations is preferred
