What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and operational support for ICU and designated patient care services.
• Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to advance nursing practice and hospital goals.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care across assigned units.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and promote evidence-based nursing practices.
• Support clinical staff competency development, education, and performance improvement.
• Manage resources effectively to support patient care operations.
• Serve as a nursing leader, advocate, and role model for professional practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and operational performance.

What You Need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing program with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or BSN.
• 2+ years of progressive nursing management experience in a hospital environment.
• Minimum 5 years of critical care experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSN or master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
