What You'll Do
Provide leadership and operational support for ICU and designated patient care services.
Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to advance nursing practice and hospital goals.
Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care across assigned units.
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and promote evidence-based nursing practices.
Support clinical staff competency development, education, and performance improvement.
Manage resources effectively to support patient care operations.
Serve as a nursing leader, advocate, and role model for professional practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and operational performance.
What You Need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate degree from an accredited nursing program with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or BSN.
2+ years of progressive nursing management experience in a hospital environment.
Minimum 5 years of critical care experience.
Current CPR certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MSN or master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
