A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a senior-level Director of ICU to provide leadership and oversight for its intensive care unit. This is an in-person, on-site role requiring a qualified registered nurse with a strong background in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership.
The role. The Director of ICU is responsible for leading the intensive care unit's day-to-day operations, driving quality initiatives, and developing a high-performing clinical team. This position requires close collaboration across departments to ensure consistent standards of patient care delivery and operational effectiveness within the ICU setting.
What we're looking for.
• Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required
• Seven years of healthcare experience with at least three years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred
• Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred
• Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives
• Preferred: Experience facilitating relationships with providers

Compensation. $125,000 - $150,000 per year
