Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
Career Success Schools is seeking an experienced K-12 School District Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions across our growing Arizona charter school organization.
This position serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, principals, and school administrators while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, investigations, policy administration, and organizational development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Minimum five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a K-12 public school district, charter school organization, or educational institution
Experience supporting certificated teachers, principals, administrators, and classified staff
Experience with Arizona Department of Education requirements and educator certification processes
Experience with Arizona charter school regulations and compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of Arizona employment law, employee relations, investigations, and performance management
Must reside within the Phoenix metropolitan area
