Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and retention efforts for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuing education programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to support a positive workplace culture aligned with the facility’s mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or long-term care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
