BrightPath is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for our 245D-licensed behavioral health organization serving more than 200 employees.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing a high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with employment law, 245D regulations, and organizational standards within a behavioral health and disability services environment. You'll partner closely with leadership to create scalable HR systems that support continued growth, strengthen accountability, and develop leaders throughout the organization.
Experience within behavioral health, disability services, healthcare, or another regulated human services environment is strongly preferred.
