This role requires a results-driven professional to ensure alignment between business goals and HR strategies within the manufacturing industry.Client DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to support a rapidly growing manufacturing organization during a critical expansion phase. This role will play a key leadership function in shaping HR strategy, building strong organizational culture, and supporting the launch and scaling of multiple facilities.The organization recently opened a new manufacturing facility and is preparing to launch an additional site in the coming months.
