Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all core HR functions across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee relations, employment practices, performance management, total rewards, training and development, compliance, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. The Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies and systems support TEVETs business objectives and foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
