Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital has a new great opportunity for a Director of Human Resources for our 40 bed inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital.
Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Elgin, South Carolina serves the greater Columbia area with high-quality inpatient rehabilitative care. We provide specialized rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic injuries, and other debilitating conditions.

- Responsible for full-cycle Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Leave Management, File Management, Employee Safety, and Recognition Programs

Qualifications:Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HR Management role required.
- HR Certification preferred.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Human Resources is the primary individual responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the hospital. Uses his or her expertise and training in Human Resources functions to put in place and manage the implementation of all necessary Human Resources policies and protocols necessary for successful operation of the hospital. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
