JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for oversight and implementation of leading-edge human resources services for approximately 200 full and part-time faculty and staff. Functional responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, performance management, training and development, unemployment, workers compensation, and regulatory compliance and reporting. The Director will establish and implement Human Resources efforts that effectively communicate and support the vision, mission and priorities of the College.
