Work Model:
What You Will Do:- Lead and develop a highperforming crossfunctional HR team overseeing talent attraction and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance, learning and development, and HR operations
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to advise on complex and sensitive peoplerelated matters
- Provide leadership coaching and strategic guidance to promote consistent, effective management practices across the organization
- Oversee performance management frameworks and leadership development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability
- Direct the development, maintenance, and consistent application of HR policies, translating policy into clear procedures and decision guides
- Review compensation structures, classification plans, and pay practices, and develop recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable employee pay and accurate position classification
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and publicsector regulations
What You Will Need to Be Successful:- Demonstrated leadership strength with eight or more years of progressive human resources experience, including people management responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field
- Professional certification preferred, such as SHRM SCP, SHRM CP, SPHR, or equivalent, with experience in unionized or public sector environments
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups, navigate conflict, and provide effective coaching at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting workforce and organizational data to support strategic decision making
