Under the direction of the assigned manager, plan, direct, manage, and oversee the activities and operations of the Human Resources Department including recruitment and employment, personnel operations, employee health and welfare programs, employee and labor relations, Worker's Compensation, benefits and leaves, ADA compliance, EEO, and risk management; assist in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies; and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five years' experience of increasingly responsible professional human resources including at least three years of management or leadership experience.
