StratasCorp Technologies, a rapidly growing mid-sized government contractor supporting the Department of Defense, is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources & Recruiting to lead and mature the company’s HR and Recruiting function. With a workforce of approximately 280 employees across multiple U.S. states and several OCONUS locations, this role requires a seasoned HR leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute day-to-day operations.
Position Summary
The Director of HR & Recruiting will oversee a small team (2–3 HR professionals) and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This individual must be a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with deep experience in government contracting, compliance, employee relations, and full-spectrum HR and Recruiting operations. The ideal candidate brings both the judgment of a senior leader and the agility of a hands-on practitioner.
