Seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping for a luxury downtown hotel with extensive meeting space, spa, and amenities.
- Manage, direct, and coordinate all Housekeeping and Laundry functions to ensure impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards, resolve guest issues, and ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.
- Lead and motivate staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments, oversee scheduling, inventory, and safety protocols.
- Inspect public and VIP areas, manage linen inventories, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels; 2+ years in a Director role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to motivate and develop teams required.
