THE TEAM
As part of the Rooms Division, this leadership role oversees all Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry partners closely with Front Office, Engineering, Talent & Culture, and other departments to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience while maintaining Rosewood's luxury standards.
YOUR ROLE
As Director of Housekeeping and Laundry, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of all housekeeping functions, including guestrooms, public areas, laundry, valet, and uniforms. You will ensure the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and service excellence across the property, aligned with Rosewood brand standards.
You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence through strong leadership, effective resource management, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role also focuses on building and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and inclusion.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $123,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
