We are seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team and uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, keeping expenses within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications include previous hotel housekeeping management experience, strong leadership, organizational skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards, good communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The position offers a wage of $15-$19/hour.
