We are seeking an experienced Director of Hospital Revenue Management to lead revenue cycle operations across multiple hospital facilities and outpatient services.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership for billing, collections, denial management, and variance resolution
- Overseeing revenue functions during acquisitions and transitions
- Monitoring accounts receivable and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with analytics teams to track KPIs and ensure performance targets
- Developing policies and process improvements
- Managing personnel and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Preparing data reports to support decision-making
Qualifications:- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Finance preferred
- 3+ years related experience with Associate's degree; 10+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership roles
- HFMA or AAHAM certification preferred
- Knowledge of revenue cycle best practices
