You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Maximize profit by effectively supervising sales force of the department,
Develop and implement comprehensive group sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive proactive sales efforts to expand our customer base.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for growth and innovation.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
Business communication skills written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Present a professional appearance and confidence
Ability to execute a Sales and Marketing Plan to enhance revenue
