The Merrimack School District is looking to hire a full-time, year-round Director of Graduation Pathways and Extended Learning Opportunities. The Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the Graduation Pathways program at the Merrimack High School, and for developing valuable Extended Learning Opportunities for all students of the Merrimack School District. In addition, this position will oversee students pursuing the High School Equivalency Exam (HiSet) and coordinate Advanced Placement (AP) testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current New Hampshire Department of Education Certification
• Master's degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Certificate of Advanced Studies (C.A.G.S.) degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in one or more of the following areas: schools and social agencies
• Experience with Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO's) preferred

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
