Position Objective:
The Director of Operations provides both strategic and hands?on leadership across multiple Ingersoll Rand sites that manufacture ARO, MPOB, IRP, and Hartell products. This role has primary operational responsibility for two key locations: the Mooresville Solution Center in North Carolina and the Ilkeston, UK manufacturing facility as well as our Integration Excellence Team.
In addition to these primary sites, the Director of Global Operations also supports several other locations through indirect operational leadership, including the Charlotte Distribution and Logistics Center (DLC), the Southern Pines, NC manufacturing facility, and global sites in Chennai, India; Guilin, China; Sikeston, UK; and Surendranagar, India.
