We are seeking a highly strategic&comma product-driven Director of Global Merchandising to lead our Women&CloseCurlyQuotes Intimates category and Speed to Market Projects&period This individual will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy&mdashfrom assortment planning and product lifecycle management to driving category growth and profitability&period

This role requires a strong balance of analytical rigor and creative instinct&comma with the ability to identify white space opportunities&comma translate customer insights into compelling product strategies&comma and partner cross-functionally to bring innovative collections to market&period

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading merchandising team members in alignment with core values&comma while supporting their development and achievement of goals&period
  • Leads seasonal line plan strategy to deliver profitable assortments aligned with IMU and cost targets&period Ensures color&comma concept&comma and product flow across core and seasonal assortments support overall business objectives&period
  • In partnership with leadership&comma manages and maintains the product strategy roadmap and long-term category planning&period
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams&comma including Planning&comma Commercial&comma and Marketing&comma to ensure the product vision is effectively delivered to consumers&period
  • Manages the in-season business through lifecycle management&comma OTB&comma markdowns&comma weekly business recaps&comma and read-and-react strategies&comma including consolidation management&period
  • Accountable for margin and revenue growth&period
  • Demonstrates strong executive presence&period
  • Provides leadership and problem-solving within merchandising and across categories to successfully meet deliverables&period


Skills&comma Knowledge & Expertise

  • 8&plus years of merchandising experience&comma preferably within apparel&comma sleepwear&comma intimate&comma or sleep
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of retail math&comma assortment planning&comma and inventory management
  • Strong product sensibility with an understanding of fit&comma fabrication&comma and consumer trends &amp&semi needs
  • Strong presentation and cross-functional communication skills
  • Highly organized&comma detail-oriented&comma and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
