The organization is in a significant growth phase, with planned M&A activity, ERP modernization initiatives, and a strategic redomicile targeted within the next year.
TAT Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Accounting and Financial Reporting to elevate reporting quality, drive process standardization, lead key system implementations, and build scalable compliance infrastructure across a complex, multi-site, multinational environment.
This role reports directly to the CAO and will play a critical leadership role in advancing the Company's global accounting and reporting capabilities.
