Director, FP&A

Summary
System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role leads enterprise planning, forecasting, and financial strategy while partnering with executives to drive performance and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A function, team, and enterprise planning processes
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Partner with leadership on strategy, insights, and decision support
  • Deliver reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
  • Drive process improvements, systems, and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 12+ years of finance experience with FP&A leadership
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior leadership
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus

Salary: $170K - $200K
