Looking for a Director of FP&A to take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics as they enter this next phase. Job Details

You will lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics functions, partnering with executive leadership on the financial strategies that support profitable growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles, and develop long-range strategic financial plans
  • Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards
  • Build sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new revenue streams
  • Drive cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
  • Prepare financial presentations for the executive team, private equity sponsor, and Board of Directors
  • Partner with department leaders on budgets and financial accountability, collaborating across operations, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain
  • Support M&A and due diligence activities
  • Establish company-wide financial and operational KPIs and drive ongoing process improvements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • 10 or more years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with a track record of building models for complex businesses
  • Manufacturing cost accounting expertise
  • Executive and Board-level reporting experience
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan is a plus
  • Private equity, multi-entity, or multi-country operations experience is a plus
