The Wisconsin Heights School District is seeking a qualified and motivated Director of Food Services to lead and manage all aspects of the District''s school nutrition program.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food service operations for all district schools.
  • Plan menus and ensure compliance with state and federal nutrition regulations.
  • Manage food purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and recordkeeping.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate food service staff.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards are met.
  • Coordinate special events and catering needs as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet Wisconsin DPI requirements for School Nutrition Directors, including a combination of education and food service experience. Preference will be given to applicants with:

  • Food service management experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with school nutrition programs

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in a commercial kitchen environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
