Job Summary
Responsible to the Director of Budget and Financial Planning for all administrative, budgetary, and financial oversight for all the organizations under the President's Office, and the Divisions of Advancement and Student Life and Enrollment; Responsible for ensuring compliance with university, Tennessee Higher Education Committee (THEC), Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), state and federal policies and procedures; Serves as a member of the President's Office, Advancement and the Student Life & Enrollment senior leadership teams; directs and oversees all three units activities related to budgeting and financial management operations, programs and personnel administration; coordinating state and grant budgets, providing analysis and annual report of departmental performance and expenditures and assisting units staff in establishing policies and procedures for the unit practices. Serves as a liaison between the President's Office, Advancement, Student Life and Enrollment, and Business and Finance divisions
