Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across North America to support senior leadership decision-making. This role aligns U.S. financial plans with company objectives, delivers performance insights, and drives standardized, efficient FP&A processes that enable strong business performance.

Responsibilities: • Lead regional FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Oversee monthly financial reporting and business review materials for senior leadership • Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance leaders to develop financial projections • Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve results • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting tools • Lead strategic financial and analytical initiatives across the region • Support development of data visualization and advanced analytics

More about you: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or similar MBA or CPA preferred 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 6+ years in FP&A Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights Proven leader with strong communication and change management skills

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

This roles pay range is between: $153K to $190K. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
