Partner Across the Organization

Work closely with leadership teams across HR, IT, legal, administration, and other departments to provide financial guidance and operational support.

Deliver Exceptional Internal Customer Service

Serve as a trusted resource for internal stakeholders, helping solve problems, answer questions, and navigate complex situations where flexibility and judgment are critical.

Support Strategic Initiatives

Assist with projects involving asset management, billing, rebates, incentives, reporting requirements, and operational improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience

    • Financial reporting

    • Budget support

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Who Thrives Here:

  • Accounting professionals who enjoy working with people as much as numbers

  • Individuals who appreciate variety over routine

  • Professionals who thrive in collaborative environments

  • Problem-solvers who can adapt and think creatively

  • Individuals who enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders and departments

What Sets You Apart:

  • Customer-service mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Adaptability and open-mindedness

  • Creative problem-solving abilities

  • Sound judgment and flexibility

  • Ability to build relationships across diverse groups

Bottom Line:

This is more than a traditional accounting position. It's a chance to become a key financial and operational partner within a complex organization, helping drive improvements, support decision-making, and create meaningful impact.

If you're looking for a role that blends accounting expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational influence, this opportunity offers the visibility and growth potential to take your career to the next level.
